Life and Politics are stressful. Take a breath with Yoga & Brunch – this Saturday, Join team Team Dehn & Liz Loeb for a fun and engaging vinyasa yoga class to support Ray Dehn for Mayor! Community, Coffee, Donuts and Wine following class.

This class is for all bodies, identities, and experience levels, and will be taught with options and adjustments for everyone. We’ll enjoy a mix of breathing, mindfulness, and physical movement. Please wear comfortable clothes and come ready to move. If you need a mat, just let us know!

Suggested Donation: $20-$25 (All donations go directly to Raymond Dehn for Minneapolis)

Liz Loeb is a civil rights attorney and community organizer with twenty years of experience in yoga study and practice. Trained in foundations and advanced vinyasa teaching modalities at CorePower Yoga, Liz teaches classes that seek to honor the specific traditions of yoga and that recognize the complex social, spiritual and political history of yoga’s journey to the west. Liz especially appreciates the opportunity to teach larger bodies in an inclusive and affirming atmosphere. Liz teaches the popular twin cities class Queer* Fat* Yoga* for All (find us on Facebook!) and offers free classes to folks engaged in movement-building and justice-based struggles towards shared liberation.
